**Your Suffering Is Important to Us is heavily inspired by [All Hail the Orb](https://galaxy.click/play/669) by leGingerDev.** It deliberately builds on a similar core structure: start hands-on, hire workers to automate tasks, unlock new areas, and turn a small operation into an efficient machine.

From there, YSIITU takes the formula in its own direction with a corporate-Hell setting, petty-punishment-stations, IMP-loyee management, Dresscodes, Policies, and an unhealthy amount of bureaucracy.
