This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and IdleDB ("IdleDB", "Service Provider", "we", "us", "our") (individually a "Party", collectively, the "Parties"). By accessing or using idledb.com or any other associated services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept this Agreement and agree that you are legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must not access or use the Services.

Game titles, descriptions, screenshots, trailers, ratings, player counts, and other game metadata displayed on the Services are sourced from public APIs (including the Steam Web API and the iTunes Search API) and remain the property of their respective owners, including but not limited to Valve Corporation, Apple Inc., and the individual game publishers and developers. We display this third-party content for informational and editorial purposes and claim no ownership over it.

If you believe any content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please follow the DMCA procedure described in Section 15.

6. User Generated Content

Our Services may allow you to submit, post, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with our Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
