- Adjusted the loading some more

- Fixed some building destruction issues (including the decorative dirt, grass, and other small detail tiles newly added in v0.93)

- Fixed the bottom bar tool icons being desynced their actual active state

- Fixed issue causing infinite errors when placing an Auto-Seeder at the edge of the farmable area
- Fixed Auto-Seeder paste button appearing on newly placed buildings when there isn't a copied layout from another Auto-Seeder
