A new permanent progression system with three trees — Ship Mastery, Crew Excellence, and Economic Empire. Earn Fleet Points by leveling and mastering ships, then invest them across the trees. Ship Mastery now buffs base ship stats and benefits heroes too.

Relics
- 7 new tribal relics (ATK/HP per hero tribe)
- New Cat Relic in the Arena shop
- Plus button on relic upgrade now opens acquisition

Village
- Max level raised to 75, new building bonuses
- UI Stats shows Food/Wood/Metal contributions
