Hotel Director: Tycoon Manager
by Sports Stats Limited
Media
Hotel Director puts you in control of a multi-property hotel chain across real cities, managing everything from room rates and staffing to cash flow and debt. Each turn represents one week of actual business decisions—no timers or energy systems—where profit on paper can mask a cash crisis, and your choices about hiring, maintenance, and expansion directly determine success or failure. It's for players who want the depth of a business sim without the waiting.
About this game
Build your hotel empire from a single property to an iconic portfolio.
Hotel Director is a turn-based hotel management simulation for iPhone. Starting with a modest budget and a single outer-London property, you'll make every decision that a real hotelier faces — setting room rates, hiring staff, managing cash flow, taking on debt, expanding your portfolio, and navigating the unpredictable London economy.
Every turn is one week. Review your weekly report, understand what changed and why, then make your moves. There are no timers, no energy bars, no artificial friction — just you, your numbers, and your judgement.

MANAGE A REAL BUSINESS
Revenue, costs, loan repayments, insurance, wages, maintenance, business rates, energy costs. Every line item is real and every decision has a consequence. A hotel can be profitable on paper and still run out of cash. Finance mechanics are built to reflect that.
BUILD ACROSS LONDON, NEW YORK, PARIS, TOKYO, COPENHAGEN
Acquire and lease properties across London's districts — from budget hotels in Outer Areas to boutique properties in Central and luxury establishments in Prime Locations. Each district has its own demand profile, competitor landscape, and seasonal rhythm.
HIRE AND MANAGE YOUR TEAM
Receptionists, housekeepers, maintenance technicians, concierges, and a head of housekeeping. Your star rating determines how many staff you need. Understaffing a 5-star hotel costs you reputation fast.
FINANCE YOUR GROWTH
Take business loans, arrange mortgages, refinance when rates drop, or buy properties outright. Your borrowing capacity is tied to your financial health. Borrow smart — three weeks in the red ends the game.
RESPOND TO LONDON'S ECONOMY
Transport strikes, airline disruptions, inflation surges, energy crises, recessions, and travel booms. World events hit occupancy and costs in realistic ways. No two play throughs are the same.
AUTOMATE AS YOU SCALE
Delegate operations to HR agencies, PR firms, revenue management systems, and supplier contracts. Automation has a cost — but so does doing everything yourself when you're running six properties.
