"Brain Games" is a collection of three very basic, bare bones browser/Flash tier puzzle games. There's checkers, Sudoku and sliding tile puzzles. That's all there is to it. For some reason the Steam page for this depicts a Unity Asset flipped Rubiks Cube game, but that hasn't been added to this. Talk about dishonest and deceptive marketing.
The 2D environment here is the kind of thing you would expect to see from a Flash game or running in a web browser, it's lacklustre, lacks polish, and just looks bad. The screenshots speak for themselves. And perhaps it's unkind to compare this to Flash games... because they usually look better than this!
This has clearly been dumped on Steam as a cash grab, with an insane, insulting $6 USD price tag. There's a number of fake reviews from the usual compromised/VAC banned Steam accounts. Given there's superior free Flash and browser games, it's impossible to recommend anyone pays money for this bundle worsening garbage.
Brain Games is a collection of classic minigames. In addition to various games, there is also the possibility of playing against a computer or a friend, which is just great. The game provides an opportunity not only to have a good time playing with friends, but also to think. I recommend this good set.
