Great gameplay- a must play for every FPS lover! hope Arimac will release updates to this great product ironing out the few bugs it has!
AAA Quality Single Player Campaign at this level of detail and to go with a Sri Lankan Theme is a great achievement for the Sri Lankan Gaming Industry! As a person who bought the original Kanchayuda game and expected things to be better - I'm Thrilled to see this project coming out! Hope and Wish this will be the spark to ignite many more developers, gaming studios from Sri lanka to achieve great things!

Like a Metal Gear Solid game from 2010... but worse

A 3rd-person stealth-action game, with mediocre voice acting, mediocre graphics and a mediocre campaign.

Pros: #1. You can loot bodies without looking at the ground

Cons: #1. The bullet damage drop-off is abysmal. You headshot a guy from 15meters away and he doesn't die
#2. The aim-reticle is bad. Instead of it just being a basic dot or reticle, it's something weird and completely unnecessary
#3. No 'borderless fullscreen' mode
#4. Some guns have VERY little ammo. Like the pistol only holds 6+6 bullets in total, and the sniper only holds 5+5
#5. The game has 'stealth only' sections of missions, so if you're spotted, you instantly fail the mission
#6. Your level's progress isn't saved if you quit, so if you reached the very last section of a level/map, and you gotta quit the game for any reason, then you'll have to restart the entire level/map again, which is just unacceptable tbh.
#7. There's no manual saving. The game is saved at 'checkpoints' so if you die, you often lose 5-10minutes of gameplay
#8. When you stealth-takedown an enemy (which involves you rear-naked-choking them), there's a big spurt of blood for some reason. Don't make sense really. Like, where is the blood coming from? From his anus or what?
#9. Weapons are taken away from you in certain missions (like one mission I had a sniper rifle, and the next I didn't). What's the point of calling your game "Nero the Sniper" and then taking away the sniper rifle?
#10. Enemies can see through sheet-metal, yet you can't shoot through it
#11. Hitboxes of objects like trees/barriers/walls are bad. You can't shoot between two tree-branches for instance, even though you can SEE between them.
#12. The environment is hugely restricting. There's tonnes of places where you can't jump over a knee-high rock or knee-high rubble.
#13. You take a huge amount of fall damage
#14. It's very difficult (impossible actually) to see what grass/plants will give you stealth cover, and which won't. This is a big problem, since this is a 'stealth game'
#15. The cinematics are quite terrible and ontop of that, they hitch and stutter sometimes (which might be alleviated if you have the game installed on an SSD, but this shouldn't be required tbh)
#16. Has a few asset-store assets, like the 'blood spatter' that you see in literally every asset-flip game and sub-$5 FPS game on Steam. I'm sorry but if you use asset-store assets in your game, then people are gonna call it an 'asset flipper'
#17. You can't take control of mounted-guns, only the enemies can

Overall, I wouldn't say that $20 is too far fetched for this game, but it simply has too many issues and is extremely clunky and janky. It simply doesn't provide a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. If they got rid of all of the janky-ness AND addressed most of the cons I've highlighted above, then I'd say this game could be worth $20, but as of right now, no way.

EDIT: They've fixed the regional pricing (thanks devs), now if only they could fix the jank.

I seriously cannot understand how this has "Very Positive" reviews.

I run a gaming news site dedicated to stealth and sniper games.. And this is incredibly janky.

Hiding in tall grass? You've got to be hiding in very specific spots to actually hide.

Graphics? Atrocious (and the characters all have incredibly short legs).

Weapon mechanics? Awful.

The ability to choose how you play? Yeah, not really.

Bugs abound.

It is NOT worth it. Do NOT waste your money. Play any of the previous Sniper Ghost Warrior series games before this, and then play the Sniper Elite series games.. And THEN play Ghost Recon Breakpoint.. All before this. Trust me.
