Idle Monster TD pairs tower defense strategy with incremental progression, letting you unlock and upgrade elemental monsters to defend against endless robot waves. The core loop involves placing creatures to exploit synergies and pushing through prestige resets for stat growth. However, the monetization is heavily front-loaded: offline idle caps at 4 hours without payment, and nearly every progression vector—damage multipliers, prestige gains, gacha rates, and event bonuses—offers paid acceleration, creating a pay-to-advance structure that dominates the experience.

Pay to speed up the game? Pay to get more currency? Pay to level faster? Pay for more rebirth tokens? Pay for...everything. This game has bi-weekly tournaments with... you guessed it... double damage and double gold that you pay for! Daily pay bonuses for logins? Daily and weekly packages? You have to PAY to get more than 4 hours of offline idle time. What in the name of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pay to win is this garbage? You literally need to pay upwards of $50 a WEEK to be even competitive. this ♥♥♥♥ is trash. Also if you get disconnected the game won't tell you, it'll let you keep playing until you exit. Then youll log back into the game and notice NONE of your progress for the last few hours was saved. GTFO janky ass game. This game is a disgusting cash grab that moves at a snails pace literally goading you every few minutes to spend your money. If you value your time and wallet youll look elsewhere, the pay to win elements on this are disgusting for such a mediocre game.
the game seems fun,but there is a certain "i just want your money feeling" that i'm getting offline progress only goes for 4 hours unless u spend money you get more prestige if u spend money you get more rare cards when spending money you get more damage when spending money you get more gold when spending money you get more exp when spending money..... so it's a no for me
They had the audacity to ask me in-game for a review while I was in the middle of complaining about how money hungry this game is, so they could get "more players". Here's your review, champs. Pay money for more damage, pay money for faster gameplay, pay money for items, pay money to increase rewards for even bothering to play, pay money to have better rates in the gacha (which is in-game currency, thankfully), pay money to pay money. For all of the permanent upgrades (read: buying back the intended balance the devs take from you exclusively to monetize) that you need to have a hope of competing, you'll have to shell out $73. Also, the full-screen "mode" simply stretches the art. If you have self-respect, skip this one. Do not play. Avoid. Blam. Sage.
