1. Energy depletes as you do missions, eventually requiring you to either spend money to refill or wait god knows how long for it to refill automatically.
2. Upgrades that require exponentially more game currency and time to complete.
3. Power level does not scale fast enough compared to the power level required by later missions.

Basically, if you like rail shooters, mobile game format and microtransactions, you might have fun here.
