Literally a mouse cursor game. Various gameplay, beat foes, escape, racing, boss battle, etc. Very challenging, prepare to die. High price, might be better waiting for some discount.

This is my first game of such a type and I can say that I am surprised.
1) There are no bugs.
2) No ads and paid content.
3) Variety of content.
Despite the simple control (only a mouse is needed), the game is fascinating, since there are many different types of levels - you will not be bored.
4) Music, graphics, gameplay - nothing to complain about.
5) The complexity of the game.
Personally, I'm tired of playing games where you die ~10 times in the whole game on hard. Here, I could spend entire evening on passing only one level, dying dozens of times.
I played single player mode on medium difficulty, and I must warn you that if you want to complete the game 100% on this level, you'll have to be patient - that's a real challenge. I can’t even imagine what the hell is going on hard.
6) Multiplayer.
This is another advantage and at the same time the only my disappointment in this game. The reason is that multiplayer is only local, not network. I tried local multiplayer with friends - new levels, new options and, of course, the desire to win everyone. Probably, I liked the multiplayer even more than a single game, but it's really hard to be played in, because everyone needs to be physically at one computer.

Outcome: Cool game, 10/10.

I came across this game completely by chance while scouring SteamHunters, and while the appearance and price did put me off at first, those thoughts were dispelled very quickly after an hour of playing it. I enjoyed it the point of going as far as to fully complete the game on its hardest difficulty.

cursor0x0 offers 40 levels (5 tiers of 8 levels), with each level testing a specific mouse skill (avoidance, collecting, racing, battles, drag-and-drop, stunts, miscellaneous, and a boss fight). The game offers plenty of objectives (forced gradual unlocks, which is a negative for me), and the true final boss requires you to not only get those objectives for each level, but also satisfy all of them at once. It gets pretty tough! Overall, I spent 27 hours before finally managing to 100% the game on its hardest difficulty (which requires beating the normal difficulty first, which is another negative for me). The game offers serious challenge, but it sometimes didn't feel like it was challenging enough for me at times (personal issue).

The game also offers a local multiplayer mode, which reworks every level to accommodate multiplayer better. Sadly, it's pretty awkward to have to plug in four mice at once into one computer just to play together (unless Steam Remote Play somehow works, which I have yet to try).

As a mouse game enthusiast, there aren't many games out there that are good quality in terms of both gameplay and appearances. This has instantly become one of my top contenders for best challenging mouse-based games out there, rivaling Soundodger in terms of content and controls. If you're willing to pay the price and the time, I think you'll find that it's a worthwhile experience as well.
