Meh.

There's near zero challenge here. It's marketed as "Relaxing" and "For beginners," so it's as advertised. I'd regard ChessKoban Bishop as "bundle fodder" and I guess I can recommend it as such? or if you just want a very casual palate cleanser? As you can see from my playtime it can take as little as ~1 minute to clear each of the 50 levels, if you're caffeinated and paying attention. Has undo and reset, which are rarely actually needed as difficulty is consistently pretty low (and thus unbalanced). WASD and arrows for controls w/ no rebinding. The other basic settings and chill music are whatever, probably enough to get you through. Game freezes upon completion and I had to ALT+F4 out. The isometric perspective is largely useless, I'd expect to play top-down unless you're the kind of maniac who showers in socks or something.

A very unique and calming puzzle game based off chess and sokoban. The assets are well kept and the music is soothing. This game is a nice change of pace for anyone looking to have a gentle time with chess.

It may benefit you as a player to lookup the rules prior to playing however as the studio did not provide instructions or clarity as to how to win. If you come into this game with only knowledge of chess, you'll find yourself suffering through the first few levels until you decide to investigate.

Good work dev team. 7.8/10

Pros:
* it's a chess/sokoban concept in a puzzler which works very, very well.
* good lighting system
* good music
* two camera angles
* control mechaisms displayed on startup

Cons:
* No introduction, you either know it or you don't

Small sokoban chess game, 50 levels. Nothing too difficult, a good small challenge. More interesting than regular sokoban because there are different possible places for the pieces, and they don't have to be nearby their targets, just on a diagonal from them.
