Endless Zombie Weekend is an arcade survival game where you fend off waves of undead across consecutive days, upgrading weapons between rounds to improve your odds. The core loop centers on managing limited resources and purchasing better gear to extend your survival streak. Players seeking straightforward wave-based action with incremental progression may find something here, though reviews suggest the execution falls short of the premise.

Lucky me gets the dubious honour of writing the first review for yet another asset flip/cash grab.
Endless Zombie Weekend is another GameMaker Studio asset flip from serial copy+paste infringers, Neko4 Electronics. All these guys do is rip off game templates and projects from the Yoyogames/GameMaker Studio marketplace, change the name and a few cosmetic details, and try to scam people into paying for someone else's work on Steam. They have run asset flip scams dozens of times, and this is no exception (just look at their other games on Steam). It's nothing but a cash grab.
This time they've ripped off a basic template for a 2D retro/cartoony single screen "wave survival tower shooter" where you defend the left side of the screen from waves of enemies. GameMaker Studio itself is a terrible game construction kit, and this asset flip shows just how bad things can get when templates/tutorials/demos from that construction kit get dumped on Steam as complete games.
Asset flips and other "Fake games" (as Valve calls them) are harmful to the industry, because they pollute the marketplace and reduce the visibility and exposure needed by genuine indie developers.
In line with dishonest asset flippers, the game was dumped immediately at launch into DailyIndieGame shovelware bundles. It's got a cash grab price of $10 USD for a GameMaker Studio asset flip. Even if this wasn't just an asset flip, it would be garbage. Impossible to recommend.
