Warplanes: Battles over Pacific

It is really fun. Great VR game to add to my flight experiences. I know this dev will go the distance with this one and we will have higher res textures ect over time...crank up those gfx!

Hotas is supported youi just have to manually config it....Its really awesome in VR with HOTAS! I am checking my 6 all the time and the flight enemy AI is not bad!

Put in many hours into Warplanes VR WWI. Running 2 vives and my son and I play it all the time. When we seen this came out we were ULTRA EXCITED.

1st off, if your looking for a hard-core Sim, this isn't it. I play those, and I love them. I LOVE VTOL vr ... but this is nothing like those other games. This bridges a gap, between Sim and arcade VERY well. You have the important gauges, interaction with some controls, and the flight model is satisfactory for hard core Sim fans to scratch that itch, and easy enough for anyone to jump in and fly.

The developer is fantastic. And with the early release I know some of these issues we have, will be addressed.

1- cannons do not have a switch on Vive. We see it on the stick, but I don't think we have fired any cannons on any aircraft.
2-spooky aces. We encounter enemy's that seem to defy what player aircraft can do.
3- MUST IMPORTANTLY, we need to have the gunner positions on some new aircraft. Dauntless, Avenger, Val,Helldiver... we LOVE the gunner coop feature and play it all the time in the other game. PLEASE PLEASE add gunners. If you can do a B24 or B25, great, a B29 would be SICK...but we need gunner spots.
4-Multiplayer coop some sessions shots would not do damage when planes get hit.

Please fix the cannons for Vive players.

This is a must have for flight fans. My son and I really hope this developer does WARPLANES:KOREA with sabers vs miss. Highlu recommended game to have on your system to demo to new VR players

Warplanes Battle over Pacific is an excellent game and runs very well in VR.
I played Warplanes: WW1 Fighters and had so much fun with mates I could not help but buy the second game.
I did notice comments about it being the same as the first only with new maps and some different planes. All I can say is, well done developers you have to make a living and get paid for your work;
unlike some in the comments I do not expect a free lunch such as DLC.
As for the comment Buy VTOL, I have that also and make no comparison to Battle over Pacific.
It is a completely different game, also worth having as a VR user.
