Portal Guardians is a tower defense game where you position weapons and traps to annihilate waves of enemies approaching a central portal. You'll chain together incinerators, cutting devices, and other destructive tools to handle increasingly dense crowds. It's suited for players who enjoy tactical positioning and watching satisfying chain reactions unfold against overwhelming enemy swarms.

We have been working hard on the project, so a major update is planned for the near future, which will include the following changes:Equipment merchant (now, to access trap and weapon selection, you need to approach the merchant to interact)Five new maps with the possibility of additional passages from one or more other doorsInterface rework
Global map rework - enemy waves have been completely redesigned.The game now properly pauses when opening the pause menu (hooray! finally).Fixed an issue where monsters would collide with each other and stop moving.Fixed an issue where monsters got stuck in the spawn room.Fixed an issue where ghosts wouldn't go to the portal.
The current map balance may be reworked.Please let us know if the game pace feels too fast.Don't forget to report any bugs you find in the community discussions, and feel free to share your ideas as well!
