The game's very cute but doesn't have enough content for the price tag currently. Don't know if the dev intends to add more, but I played around 4 hours of the game and reached a point where you're just waiting to get from level 65 to 100 to unlock the final thing so the remainder of the time was it just open while I slept.

About this game
Help the cat fairies to arrange resources, produce and harvest crops, and manage the farm. The more efficiently the farm grows, the richer your pockets become. Show some clicking skills to unwelcome visitors who occasionally appear on the farm.
What players are saying
It's a true idler. You don't need to click all the time. It does what it says on the tin. Negatives are that you can skip large parts of building tiers. There's no prestige system so you do one run and that's it. There's nothing left for me to do in the game at this point, so I think it's a bit expensive for a game that you easily complete with two days of idling.
I would give this more of a neutral review if I could, but I am leaving an upvote since I did enjoy the game. Catfarmia is an idler game where you place crops/animals/rocks and farm them by clicking on them, which in turn unlocks money that you can use to buy auto farming and better upgrades. This is pretty typical idler stuff. The game has a crisp feel to it, and I like the artstyle/design. The downside of Catfarmia is that the progression feels stunted for large periods of time. Incremental crops are just slightly better versions, and you can honestly skip a lot of the tiers. Additionally, there is a lack of incremental content outside of the just upgrading things past a certain level until you hit lvl 100. Even after you hit lvl 100, there is still a limited pool of things to do. There is also no prestiging, which is something most idler games have to add incrementality. This ultimately led to a pretty short idler game experience compared to the genre. Overall, a shorter idler game that can give you a couple hours of fun. I would recommend you buy this game on sale or in a bundle, as even though I left a positive review, I don't think it is worth it at full price.
