Dark Odyssey is an idle RPG with dungeon runs, boss encounters, and character progression tied to team play, but player reports consistently flag aggressive monetization that locks meaningful advancement behind paywalls. The game ties power directly to spending across all mechanics, with PvP and ranking systems particularly skewed toward paying players. Avoid if you value fair progression or a completed, well-localized experience.
