Lucky Dog Rise Demo is Out Now! We’re very happy to finally say it: the Lucky Dog Rise Demo is officially out now! We’ve carefully prepared and adjusted the content for this demo, and we hope that even as a demo, it still offers a complete, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. We also deliberately chose the Mid-Autumn Festival as the release day for the Demo. The Mid-Autumn Festival is a traditional holiday centered around reunion and spending time together. We hope that on a day like this, a little dog can come live on your desktop and keep you company for a while. Don’t worry — Lucky Dog won’t eat the full moon, and probably won’t turn into a werewolf either. Also, if you think the dog in our Steam store artwork looks a little different — you’re not imagining it. We’ve decided that Lucky Dog Rise won’t be limited to Shiba Inus in the future. More dog breeds will be added, so we also redesigned the dog featured in our store artwork. The new design combines traits from several kinds of dogs while still keeping an overall Shiba-like look. For now, however, the Demo still features Shiba Inus only. More dogs will join you in the full release. Stay tuned! Over the past little while, we’ve been inviting groups of players to try Lucky Dog Rise through our Playtest, and we’ve received a lot of helpful feedback along the way.Now, our little dog is getting ready for the next stage.We plan to release a public Demo for Lucky Dog Rise by September 25. Unlike the current Playtest, which is opened to players in batches, the Demo will be available to everyone once it goes live.So if you previously applied for the Playtest but haven’t received access yet, don’t worry. Once the Demo is available, you’ll be able to download and try the game directly.At the same time, we’ve also adjusted our release plan. The full version is now expected to launch in Q4 2026.Before the full release, we’ll continue improving the game based on Playtest feedback, and we also hope the Demo will give more players a chance to experience Lucky Dog Rise early.We’re also currently hoping to take part in the October Steam Next Fest, and we hope to bring the Demo there for everyone to try.If you’re interested in Lucky Dog Rise, you can also add the game to your Steam Wishlist now.That way, you’ll be less likely to miss the Demo release, any updates about Steam Next Fest, or whatever our little dog gets up to next.Thank you for following Lucky Dog Rise, and thank you to every player who has been willing to grow alongside our little dog.
