Wake up, watch tv, make a cup of cofffee and try to bear your own meaningless existence.

Depressing and also Uplifting
A monologue, your inner voice, your inner self-critic, is plotting to kill you.
There will be no Blood
Over and over your inner voice just wants you to give up. Who doesn't want to give up at times. times like when you have to fix that dripping toilet, but you have not got the skills or the tools. Your inner critic will tell you you are useless and you are unprepared. Just quietly die, and don't make a mess, there must be no blood. Go quietly.
Lo-Graphics
A very simple text based lo-rez almost static storyboard-like graphics game, that works well and get's it's idea across.
I was fascinated by this short free game, it's very very basic, very. But it is well delivered and I like the choice I made. A short narrative experience with great sound and visual design alongside with some excellent writing. Doesn't get boring as you're accompanied with a high quality and impactful narration throughout. Although there is room for improvement, I still liked -as it was described in the description- the "greyscale" pixelart graphical style. Story-wise, it certainly isn't an easy pill to swallow. Perhaps not just from a thematic perspective but also how it managed touch a very personal aspect within my psyche, which might be something that can happen to a significant amount of other players as well. Who knows, maybe it shuffled some feathers around a place in my own mind that I tried to block once and act as if it never existed in the first place, now. So, suffice to say that I've found a bunch of thoughts to ponder over after I finished it, but can't exactly guarantee the same effect on anybody else. It sorta calls for a specific state of my mind if you ask me.
On another note, I saw a couple criticisms about how this was a downgrade and a disappointment from the dev's prior work in terms of depth, yet I think that is an issue about managing expectations since in my humble opinion creativity isn't always something that grows in a linear trajectory. While I completely see where others may have taken issue with how a considerably less extensive project like this one follows a free and more detailed and interactive one -with a price tag no less- but I still welcome it. Because, compared to their previous game -within which I saw a disjointed and an uneven narrative- this one was a more confined and homogeneous experience that amounts to something considerably more poignant and all the more impactful. So much so that, I grew even more excited for future projects as I now know that at least it'll have very very decent writing at worst and maybe something special at best, in that department.
At the end, although that I understand other's frustrations and crticisms, I see this as a modest contribution to the developer that comes attached with a short little treat, with hopes of aiding to the creation of something better and bigger in the future.
Incredibly shallow and bland, with no real depth, trying to present itself as deep and meaningful. A total waste of time to play, in my honest opinion. It has no redeeming qualities and it's very first sentence has a typo.
