Update: changing my rating to recommended because bugs have been fixed and the keyboard mini-game has been changed to include shapes instead of colors. The game is playable. Now there's also a tutorial on how to actually complete the "video stream" minigame. It involves multi-tasking: you need to fill up three bars by clicking on them while making sure the circle is on the dot. Grindy and buggy gameplay that fans of the streamer might find fun for one hour or two. Gameplay involves management between basic needs and your streaming content. Basic needs are food that you buy from the refrigerator, sleeping to replenish your energy, and outside sports activities to boost your energy level. However, activities and posting videos take huge amounts of energy and you’ll always run out. Your main tool is the computer on which you post videos. First you select the content, then the sound and video quality, and finish by putting a limited number of points into four actions the streamer is known for. There’s barking, screaming, toxicity, and camera jumps. You start with five points that can be placed anywhere, but the maximum number is ten. Only basketball gameplay content is available at the start, but you unlock more as you gain subscribers and followers. Sound and video quality are limited by your power, and the overall quality of your video is additionally limited by your computer hardware. The better the quality, the more stars it will earn. Sadly, the last part of posting a content is unplayable due to lack of tutorials and design choices. First issue involves hitting keyboard buttons that have to match the required color. The goal is to hit enough buttons to reach 100%, but it resets back to zero when you hit the wrong number. The problem are red and green buttons that look too similar and will be impossible for people with color-blindness. The other thing that makes this even harder is a shadow over the keyboard. Your only way of beating this is to start it until you get a blue button. The second part is a lack of tutorials during the stream. The objective is to monitor video and sound, but you have no idea how to do it. The only thing I figured out was to keep focus on a circle. Despite this, I still fail the video due to other reasons. If you succeed in beating this and posting the video, you will receive money that you can use to improve your home with new furniture and hardware or buy new outfits. Unfortunately, I did not make it far due to grindy gameplay and bugs. For example, if you hit the exit button during the keyboard portion of the game, you will be moves to the room but still see the mini-game icons on the screen. This appears to entirely ruin the game, since the camera no longer moves from the computer screen to the keyboard after the content generation process. The bug stays even when you quit or re-install the game. The only fix might be to wipe out your save file, but that's not available in the game. I can recommend this only at a heavy discount. The graphics are basic, but they do the job. Mechanics are grindy and tied to boring mini-games, and you can't do much each day. And last part are game-breaking bugs. You might get lucky and don't encounter it.
