About This Game

PegIdle is a Pachinko idle game! Aim and shoot your balls to clear all the pegs on the board. Recieve gold by hitting the golden pegs or by landing balls into the moving bucket. Purchasing auto ball drop will automaticly drop balls onto the board. Spend your gold on new balls and ball upgrades!

Insanely fun idle game, one of the best I've ever played and I've played over 100, the problem right, and this is a recurring thing with paid idle games. If you crash, you WILL lose progress. Not a small amount either, one crash with this game and ALL your progress is gone, and the developer knows and wrote a guide on how to "fix" it (cheating your way back to where you are). To anyone creating idle games, save automatically with multiple backups, this is not a complex task truly. It is not the responsibility of the player to maintain backups constantly, this mindset has a detrimental effect on the genre as a whole.

After dumping 55 hours into this game to 100% I feel like a review is fitting The early game isn't bad I would even go as far as to call it good and the graphics are decent they do their job well enough But the second you start getting into mid-late/late game it's just waiting for WEEKS I've been just waiting for week for this thing to make just a little bit more money while idling so I could finish it I would understand this if it had like microtransactions or something but it's not even that it's just plain boring for no reason conclusion: please don't buy this

After beating this game, I think it's worth skipping. The concept is great, I love Peggle and I love idle games so I figured I'd give it a go. My complaint boils down to the idle portion of the game not being rewarding enough to justify the gameplay loop. Even if you grind out every single prestige upgrade, the game never gets to the point where it's different or more interesting, it's just the same loop over and over and over again with no variation. I feel like there needed to be another prestige layer or something to keep this concept interesting. As it stands now, even with every single upgrade you still have to grind to unlock the second to last ball, which feels crazy to me. It's also missing a lot of QoL features that are pretty standard in other idle games like a buy all button for upgrades, buying in increments, and a handful of other easy Ws that fit this game specifically. As it stands, I think the game is too shallow to be interesting, and at the end of it I'm left very unsatisfied. Maybe if more content is released that will change, but I don't think this dev really does the whole post launch content update thing, so I'm not holding my breath.
