I played this game and although it has a good storyline, I have a few issues with the game:

1. It is DIFFICULT to increase your mental health without being an alcoholic. Even then, the price of alcohol increases each week. I can't remember what week I was in and my mental health bar was low, but it wanted me to pay over $8,000 for whiskey to only increase it by just 15%. There HAS to be other ways your mental health bar can increase without having to be an alcoholic. Even if it's just going to sleep and every time you go to sleep, the next day your mental health bar increases maybe 5-10%. Why can't playing, petting, or spending time with the family cat increase your mental health bar?? The cost of alcohol also increasing each week is RIDICULOUS.

2. When I go out, why not give me the option to go to the ATM again so I can withdraw money? Why does it have to be just once a week I can only go to the atm? Why can't I go whenever I want?

3. When a family member asks for something they want, why not give me the option to just "think about it" rather than giving them a yes or no answer to their requests right then and there when they ask for it? Sure Ill give my wife some money, but I need to withdraw it from the atm before giving it to you that way my mental health bar doesnt go down severely, but even then, I can't do that because you're not given the option to go to the ATM when you want to go out. I can't predict that my family is going to ask something from me ahead of time and then fulfill their requests as soon as they ask for it. And then I get "punished" by saying no and having my mental health bar go down. No, I would like to say yes if you would give me a third option to "think about it", go to the atm, withdraw money, and give it to them.

4. Your likelihood of getting arrested increases very quick in the game. It would be nice to know WHY it increases after a case. I noticed that even if a person is being charged for two things and I charge them correctly for it, my likelihood of getting arrested increases significantly because I was either supposed to choose just one charge, I chose the wrong charge to charge them with, or I wasn't supposed to stack charges. Regardless, my mistakes for incorrectly charging people or stacking too many charges unfairly SHOULD BE MENTIONED. It should be as clear as Contraband Police or Papers Please. Otherwise, I think it's unfair that the likelihood of getting arrested increases when the player isnt being told why.

4. If the Likelihood/possibility of getting arrested is going to stay the way it is now where it increases quickly without telling the player why it increased, there should be an option where I can bribe the cop MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK and if the player asks for it more than once a week each time, the price of it increases, but the base price should reset after a set amount of days/cases the user has not bribed the cop. I find it unfair that no player is being told WHY their possibility of getting arrested bar has gone up so much, and me and many other players don't know why, but then make it hard to bribe the cop more than once so that we can further progress in the game. I currently have a 90% likelihood of getting arrested and can't go on without getting arrested every time I restart it from last loaded save. If it's like that why not just make it game over?? What's the point in even trying if I cant even bribe the cop to decrease my chances because he already helped me earlier in the week and wont help me again. This is eventually going to be an issue a lot of other players will encounter and we're all just going to be stuck in a rut.

I dont think I have any other complaints about the game, but I just wish the developers would take the 4 issues I mentioned above into consideration because this all makes it very difficult to progress in the game. Because of that, I can't currently agree that I would recommend this game. Its such a good game with so much potential that I dont even care about how terrible and simple the graphics are.

The game is fun, but the dice roll system needs to be removed. It doesn't make sense why it is there, at least remove it for the arrest option. Because you can be a really good judge and do your job right, but get arrested instantly if you roll a 12 ??????? like developers what were you thinking that is completely unfair. Considering if you just started the game and then oops looks like I got a 12 and now I'm getting arrested. You don't even get a chance to get far into the game because at anytime you can get arrested because of the dice roll system. The developers either need to remove it for the arrested option or get rid of it completely
