Wakusei is a physics-based puzzle game where you drop and merge planets in a spherical space, gradually unlocking new tools and modifiers to enhance your setup. The core loop centers on combining planets to progress while experimenting with environmental tweaks like anti-gravity or planet push effects that create satisfying chain reactions. It appeals to fans of merge games like 2048 who want something more visually polished and mechanically flexible, with a relaxed pace that rewards both idle exploration and active tinkering.

An awesome little game which is super chill and fun to play!
Wasn't expecting it to be so addicting, but once I start playing I can't stop. Really love the graphics. I love unlocking things to help along the way and I find myself thinking: "oh I could really use...maybe a death laser..?" and boom can be unlocked with points. Super well thought out! 300,000/10
Honestly very fun game. Highly recommend it if you enjoy games like 2048. Something about combining these planets just makes it very satisfying. Oh and definitely try out the anti gravity mod paired with the planet push modifier. Creates a lot of chaos and chain-reactions :D
Planets now need to stay outside the border for one second before drifting away. This counters seemingly random planet losses and makes riskier merges a bit saver than before. However this does not apply if the planet never enters the border.
