You click on a picture of a banana and it gives you a cheap banana in your steam inventory.
You can't change the banana, but you can buy a very low quality background DLC pack.
Unlike the popular Banana game this counter does save your high score and there is a leaderboard to see who clicked the most.
However, you can just use a macro auto clicker.
Let's be honest, this isn't even a game, it's filth on the Steam store and it's super disappointing to see so many people idle this trash.
