The game asked Steam for your inventory and then read the answer before Steam had sent it, every single time. It papered over this by retrying blindly, which is why crafting sometimes failed even when you clearly had the materials. It now waits for the real response — which takes about a quarter of a second.A "Searching…" message now shows while your inventory loads, so you know something is happening.🎁 Drop FixesThe 4-hour slot drop was almost impossible to get.
