I am not sure how long others have played before giving a positive review.
The game is no doubt well made, some balancing issues but with 60 operators, that is hardly a surprise.
First impressions are phenomenal. So why the no recommend.
Apparently the shop used to be worse. Not sure what you had to give then, a first-born ?
At first you get a flood of in-game curency, which at some point becomes a trickle. You know the score.
Every one of the 60 operators costs about 20 euros each. But they all have skills that open up when you level them. But they need to be unlocked, which you probably guessed it, costs their disney dollars.
All in all more than the operator itself.
Leveling, even with premium, is slow. But never fret, you can buy xp, not boosters but straight up level ups for cash.
One at a time and they get progressively more expensive.
You can of course do daily quests for ingame currency but daily quests are tiered. To get to Tier 2 you need to complete Tier 1. Goes up to Tier 4 or 5 and only the last ones give the big bucks.
So you sit down in the afternoon, you complete the first 3 or 4 tiers and now you need to win another 10 games in a specific mode to get the last daily reward.
If you were to buy all Operators, the skills (no level ups), you would have to spend a few thousand euros.
I don't care how good the game is at this point.
We should not support and thereby normalise terrible cash shop practices.
