Countdown is a short visual novel that tells the story of an ordinary individual's journey through their thoughts and emotions as their life approaches its end. The plot includes critiques and discussions of social issues such as life, family, the workplace, and the healthcare system.
Loved it so much. Great story telling but really rough and sudden outbursts of wtf moments. MC needs some love in character development. A lot of contradicting statements made from MC.
Mature content? Not really.
AI spruced up line art by devs? It's obvious that wasn't the case. Proportions are wildly off. Tong Zhen looks like an adult at one point and then suddenly she becomes a child the next. Mom and me CG had obvious flaws. Tears that attached to hair was an obvious one. If you take screenshots of characters especially Tong Zhen and look at it carefully (even then not that carefully) you can see that AI had a major hand in it's construction.
