Introducing Little Renters Little Big Update, which includes a lot of changes to the core mechanics and quality of life improvements.First, major updates for Little Renters would be themed with "Little" to signify a major update as the game continues to work towards 1.0 release. Game ModesLittle Renters only currently have one game mode which is Free Play, but in the near future will receive some additional game modes, which will include some new mechanics and gameplay changes. This will be continually updated as the game modes continue to get closer to release. Gameplay ChangesDecoration and Decorating has gotten some major overhauls. Every decoration now has been changed and updated, which includes "Broken Animations" for some decorations, more interactions for decorations and the removal and addition of decorations.When decorating, the game will now pause the Day Night Cycle which will allow you to take more time to not only choose the best decoration for your renter, but also to allow you to decorate freely without any added pressure of time going by. This is highlighted by the border image and the flashing pause image on screen.New DecorationsIn this update, we're introducing new decorations and a decoration type. Windows, and Door decorations have been removed, to be reworked and walls and floor decorations no longer are preferred by Renters. New Decoration type defined as "Prop" decoration is now available which will allow you to decorate your rooms more and increase the rent you collect. Prop decorations are not preferred by Renters, and they also do not have any durability, so no need to worry about them breaking (Except for walls and floor, they will still break). Prop decorations that are placed on a counter or table will be sold when the counter or table is either sold or destroyed. Some Tvs can also be placed on tables or counter tops. Cheat Commands are now enabled! Using the Tilda key " ` " you can open the console and write commands to enhance, change, undo and overall manipulate your gameplay experience.Using commands will disable achievements for the current save file. Once a new game has been started achievements will be reenabled, until commands are used again.These are the current active commands and their conditions in order to work, with more to be added in the future. (If a command is typed and entered by pressing the "Enter" key but the console menu remains open, this means that the condition has not been met). Commands are not case sensitive and no space characters are used.Commands are in quotation.Money Command: "bigbank", this command will automatically add $15,000 dollars to your total cash.Instant Eviction Command: "begone" this command will instantly remove a Renter from a room. A room must be selected with a valid Renter in order to work.Instant Repair Command: "tinker" this command will repair a broken or damaged decoration without charge. A Room, and a valid Decoration must be selected first.Instant Fire Extinguish Command: "dropandroll" this command will instantly extinguish all fires in a room. A room must be selected, with decoration(s) on fire. If a Firefighter has already been hired to extinguish the fire, then the command will not execute.Instant Thief Stop Command: "nomoreswiping" this command will instantly stop a Thief in their tracks, just before they are able to steal something. A room must be selected, with a Thief present. If the Police have already been hired to catch the Thief, then the command will not execute. Instant Renter Heal Command: "behealed" this command will instantly heal any sick Renter. A room must be selected, a valid Renter must be present. If a Nurse has already been hired, or is currently treating, then the command will not execute. Resurrection Command: "resurrection" this command will bring a dead Renter back to life!
