More of the same as the past 2 games. And thats a good thing.
If you're reading this, you probably played the first two games. It's CaseCracker, but with a 3 on it. It's good stuff. I'm torn about some of the questions only giving you one chance; it sucks when you make a mistake but feels pretty great if you nail it. The new right-click excerpt system (also added to the previous games in an update) is rudimentary but very useful; I didn't need to take any paper notes since I could summarise the useful info at a glance.
Having played all 3 of the CaseCracker games, I think this one is my favorite. From the web-based mystery in the demo trailer, to the neat addition of emailing, and all the puzzles in this game, I think this is just a really well written game. I got stumped once or twice, and made a guess for a core report, but I love that once you submit it, there's a explanation of how to reach the conclusion. I wish more games did that.
