I'll be honest, I really like this game. Unfortunately, there are quite a few annoying bugs and the dev confirmed on the official discord that the game is abandoned. What a shame.

What players are saying
This game was fun when I first bought it but with the state it is in now I would never recommend it to anyone, there are so many game breaking bugs that the game is only playable for about 10 minutes and then you have to save and reload. As well as the fact that only a few achievements work and there are achievements for fishing, a mechanic thats not even in the game, all I can say is that $10 may be cheap but this game just isnt worth that $10 in its current state.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but something about this game speaks to me. Firstly, it’s hard not to love geckos. I am really enjoying my bug-eyed noodles with legs – more of them, please :P I also feel like this dev deserves a shoutout. This game launched less than a month ago and there have already been two meaningful updates. It seems like the dev responds to almost everybody who asks questions or leaves feedback and the project map that’s been shared makes it feel like the player community is really being centred and valued. That’s awesome, and I’m here for it. The game in it’s current state is definitely early access, but it’s already a fun creature collector. It gives the same dopamine hit as the mobile Pokemon TCG game, but there’s more to do apart from open packs/crates. The bones of some of the features on the project map are already visible, and I’m looking forward to seeing some of those features go online. There are a handful of bugs, that I think the dev/s are already aware of, but I haven’t personally run into anything game breaking. My only suggestions is save often, in case you need to re-load. TL;DR this isn’t finished, but if you don't need it to be perfect, it’s already a lot of fun.
