Good idea, flawed execution. This game is an obvious copy of Nodebuster, but nothing is polished and it feels like a beta without an end goal. The price is right at least, but it could have been a good game by making the weaker abilities cheaper and setting up some sort of proper ending.

The game doesn't have a proper end, as beating the final section does nothing and it's way too much of a slog to buy all the abilities. Maybe I'm supposed to idle during endgame for hours to buy all the abilities, but once I was able to beat all the sections my desire to play the game was pretty much done.

The rare currency (half of the things to buy in the game) seems mostly useless as most of the helpers do so little damage compared to your main weapon they may as well be ignored. Only one of the helpers did any appreciable damage, and by the time I got them I was already at the end of the game. Maybe fully powering them up would be interesting, but there's so little rare currency even at end game that it feels impossible to fully power them up.

Even many abilities with the common currency seem useless, as critical hits aren't very useful and the abilities that absorb energy from enemies didn't seem to do much for me.

For some reason, every ability says +15 and there are no options to turn off the mildly annoying CRT filter. Yet more signs that this game is unpolished and was not ready for release.

Also, for some reason the cursor seems stuck in the middle of the screen unless I click the left mouse button or hit escape every time I start combat. I thought this was a bug, but then I noticed that if I don't click the left mouse button, I get an achievement with a description of "It does not work!!" It was probably a coincidence and I'm probably misunderstanding the achievement, but if somehow this bug is on purpose, mocking your players that your game controls feel like they don't work is an interesting choice to say the least.

There are some good ideas, but it's unfinished and half-baked. The ships swarm and the game just loops. Much of the upgrade tree isn't necessary.

Mild recommendation. For the price it's okay.

It's a strange game. It made me feel like something I should actively play, but actually after 2 hours, it played much better idling and you should just let ships get auto-hit by you.

The balance is not great. The first hour or so upgrades are really slow with sometimes not even earning enough for the next upgrade. Then you start making big improvements, and then suddenly you can leave the game on for 30 minutes and buy half the skill tree. I managed to buy the complete non-boss skill tree after 4 hours total, but it did not feel like I earned it.
