* Stolen code from Desktop Mate * Stolen asset “NekoMaid” by QuQu * Stolen asset “Rindo” by STUDIO JINGO * Numerous issues, including stack overflows and crashes I purchased this game because it seemed very suspicious to me—someone reported that it uses the same spine, eyes, and head models. I didn’t even need to decompile the code, since many assets already appear to be stolen. The character models have no proper licensing, and their original names have been changed to generic ones like “Char 1–4.” All four characters are accessible in the StreamingAssets folder, allowing users to use them freely. This constitutes redistribution and violates the licenses of the Booth models involved. I will be filing a DMCA takedown against this application for using stolen assets without permission.

This is a tough one... coming from Desktop Mate, I was hoping to find a replacement program with this, but despite it having all the same functionality & the business model that Desktop Mate should have had, seriously, props for adding workshop support, this is what EVERYONE wanted with Desktop Mate, I just can't give this a full endorsement yet. The main thing holding this back for me personally is the animation quality of the character itself. The animation quality just doesn't compare to Desktop Mate, it looks really stiff, doesn't seem too lively, had clipping issues with outfits while sitting on my taskbar, and doesn't seem to react much to you when you try and interact with the character. That, and I had mixed results with custom VRM files. They do work, but there's no lip movement on them, might be something with the particular VRM files I have, though, so I won't hold that against the program. I want to like this, and I'll be sticking around to see if this program takes off, cuz it has everything I wanted Desktop Mate to be, but until the animation quality improves, I'll be sticking with my modded version of Desktop Mate.
Studying with my girl, watching anime, gaming… man, it’s fire. Highly recommend, 10 outta 10
