Absolutely adorable and chill game for any dragon lovers out there. I'm a sucker for simple games that you can idle while working on other things and it was honestly a blast collecting all of the dragons. It took me roughly about three and a half ish hours to collect all of the dragons which lines up nicely with the price! The biggest draw for me is just enjoying watching the dragons running about and being absolutely adorable, having such a vast variety really makes it feel like I'm sitting in a meadow where dragons live.
If you're looking for a game where you are constantly doing activities this isn't necessarily that, however I found both the simple mini game of racing and the fishing mechanic to be good time syncs for my personally.
While I personally did not use the breeding mechanic too much it is pretty cute and straight forward! You place your dragons in the cave and after a couple of minuets you'll end up with a hatchling.
Definitely recommend if you are an enjoyer of idle adjacent games or just want to have cute dragons on your screen while you work on other things (which is what I do personally) Right now, I'm in the process of designing all of my sheds and picking out my favorite little guys to put on display.
Hello everyone!I just published a patch! Version 1.01 changes: Some visual adjustments to the runner mini-game to make it easier on the eyes. Sadly I could not fix the pixel jitter and eye straining problems just yet. I'm still looking into that. A fix to the dragons pathfinding. They sometimes got stuck, this should no longer happen, or to be more accurate, after a second of being stuck they should re-pathfind. I added a new tab to the book. Aside from your progress discovering all dragon types and color variants, you can now switch to a list of all dragons you currently have. It also has a pick up button, to get a selected dragon without having to search it on the meadow. :) This is it for now, but I'm still working on a few new things! If you encounter any bugs, please report them in the discussions section in the pinned bug report thread! Thank you! I wish everyone a lovely weekend and thanks for giving Dragons Frolic a try!

Hello everyone! Today I’m happy to announce the release of an early demo for Dragons Frolic! This demo features the basic loop of buying, breeding and selling little Dragons, as well as some shed building and decorating. There aren’t any racing mini games in this demo. The balancing of wait times and money might need more work! Oh, and the demo doesn’t save yet, so if you close the demo you’ll have to restart. If you have any feedback, I opened a demo feedback thread in the discussions section. Thank you very much.
