Solo Knight positions itself as a Diablo-inspired action RPG with deep build crafting—over 200 equipment pieces and 600 perks let you customize your character heavily. The game features automatic combat, offline progression, and gear grinding, though player reports suggest it's a mobile port with rough edges on PC, including pathfinding issues, missing standard settings, and some progression friction. Best suited for players comfortable with idle mechanics and willing to overlook technical roughness for extensive itemization.

Right from the start, the game is incredibly annoying because of some idiot on a flying stick who laughs the same irritating laugh every second. What really killed it for me is that I can’t get past the third floor — after clearing it, my character bugs out and just keeps running in place.
Also had a laugh at the developer calling it a “hardcore Diablo-like,” since everything revolves around donations, and at the beginning I’m just one-shotting mobs.

Game seems rather unpolished to be in "season 17" according to the title screen, granted it's clearly a mobile game that's been ported to Steam. The story can be nonsensical and the gibberish sound effects when characters are suppose to be talking are a little annoying, but neither are particularly damning. Pathing is hit or miss, but then the game goes full-auto at some point if I'm remembering another review correctly. Ultimately the game is mediocre, but then that's high praise for most mobile games these days.

This is a mobile game in it's core. It lacks common PC settings like vsync, audio volume and also hotkeys.
The character attacks automatically and there is an option to have it walk through the levels automatically and there is offline-geargrind. Trying to play manually is a bit janky and it isn't that engaging.

At the 80 minutes mark i getting beaten up and i do not know what to do next. Player respawns in an endless mode where it does not seem to get exp. Maybe i am supposed to just let it farm gear offline?
Seems rather pointless to me.

The artstyle is really nice though.

Btw. if someone has played the demo and the game, please comment below what the purpose of a demo for an f2p game is. I am kinda curious but not curious enough to find out myself.

[S18 Season Preview] New Skins “Hermes” & “Little Witch”; Future Mecha Rework

First, let's take a look at the new Season Ranking Skin, “Hermes”!🪽 Season Ranking Skin: “Hermes”Known as the fastest messenger among the gods, Hermes is the divine patron of roads, travel, and commerce. Legend has it that he could traverse the realms freely with his winged sandals, carrying the will of the gods to every corner of the world. Now, the power of this divine messenger has been transformed into a brand-new armor set. With wings carried by the wind, our knight sets off on a new journey.Inspired by Hermes from Greek mythology, this skin incorporates his iconic wings, golden elements, and classical Greek-inspired aesthetics into the knight's overall design. For the outfit, we wanted to preserve Hermes' sense of lightness and agility. The wings, golden ornaments, and flowing details help emphasize his image as a swift divine messenger. The overall design features a gold-and-white color palette, giving the skin a brighter and more divine mythological appearance.🧙‍♀️ New Chest Skin: “Little Witch”Next up is the brand-new Chest Skin, “Little Witch”!Under the moonlight, a mysterious little witch flies through the forest on her broom, with a mischievous glimmer beneath the brim of her hat. She keeps ancient magic hidden among the pumpkins and potions she carries, occasionally casting a little spell to turn a quiet night into a magical adventure. As for where she came from... perhaps only her spellbook knows the answer.“Little Witch” takes inspiration from the classic witch aesthetic, featuring a pointed witch hat, flying broomstick, purple-and-black outfit, and pumpkin elements to create a character who feels both mysterious and charming. The design mainly uses purple, black, and orange, with pumpkins and magical sparkles adding more visual identity. The flying broomstick also gives the character a more lively and dynamic silhouette. For the overall style, we also wanted “Little Witch” to move closer to the visual style of our previous “Alice” Skin, continuing that lig...

【S18 Season Preview】Sweep Feature Added for Rebel Bosses & Ancient Trials!

# ■ Development BackgroundDuring the middle of S17 Season, we introduced the **Auto Pathfinding feature for the Void Gate**.Originally, this feature was planned to launch together with other S18 improvements. However, we decided that releasing it earlier would provide a better experience for everyone. After completing the Auto Pathfinding system, we immediately continued development on the new **Sweep Feature**.---For many veteran players, large amounts of **Rebel Boss tickets** have accumulated over time.Using these tickets through repeated manual battles can be very time-consuming and repetitive.Meanwhile, because the storage limit for **Exile Fragments** in Ancient Trials was relatively low, many dedicated players frequently reached the limit and had to manually clear them. With the new Sweep Feature, we hope to make these experiences smoother and more convenient.---After the S18 update, Knights can consume **Sweep Tickets** to quickly complete: Rebel Boss battles Ancient Trials---# ■ Rebel Boss Sweep## 【Unlock Requirement】Defeat the corresponding Rebel Boss once to unlock Sweep. Before unlocking, the Sweep button will appear unavailable.Different Rebel Boss difficulties require different amounts of Sweep Tickets.## 【Available Bosses】All Rebel Bosses except **Lord of the Void** support the Sweep feature.---# ■ Ancient Trials Sweep## 【Unlock Requirement】Achieve a **2-Star rating** on the corresponding Ancient Trial difficulty. Before unlocking, the Sweep button will appear unavailable.Different Ancient Trial difficulties require different amounts of Sweep Tickets.---## 【Important Notes】Sweep cannot be used when certain special affixes are selected. These affixes include:* Equipment Drop* Gold Drop* Character EXP Drop* Equipment EXP Drop* Elite Monster Chance +3%* Elite Monster Chance +6%* Elite Monster Chance +10%---Additionally, due to the previous low storage limit of **Exile Fragments**, we will increase the maximum capacity:**From 200 → 500 after the S18 update.**-...
