Window Aquarista is a low-maintenance aquarium sim designed to run passively while you work or use your PC for other tasks. You gradually unlock new fish species and decorations through idle gains, with light engagement focused on aesthetic customization and occasional minigames. Best suited for players seeking ambient, low-effort relaxation on a second monitor.

Low cost, comfy and aesthetically pleasing idler game. If you're looking for something to run on a second monitor for some chill, low attention and moderately satisfying aquarium keeping experience this game is great for that. Having played it on a single monitor setup it's still viable but a bit more cumbersome as having to minimize the game to access the bottom ~30% of your screens real estate can be annoying. Would recommend if you ever played Fish Tycoon or any similar aquarium games in the past, maybe not as indepth as others but certainly still a good experience.

I find it a great game to play while working/doing something else on my PC. It's relaxing to play it between tasks because the game itself doesn't require too much attention from the player. I just keep it minimised on my second monitor and open it for 5 minutes whenever I feel like it.

Even if the game is constantly on, it doesn't affect the performance of my PC which is great and the price is more than justifiable for what you get. I do hope they add more fish in the future though because you reach the end game somewhat fast and I like fishing for new species.

Sweet, simple, low maintanence idle game that reminds me a lot of the old flash games I had saved on my first PC. Get it running in the background in your second monitor (or your first, whatever) and tab it in and out every once in a while. Decorating your aquariums over time and eventually acquiring enough money to do the fun little fishing minigames gives you fun little nuggets of passive enjoyment. Sounds cheesy, but that's how it feels like to me.
I recommend it a lot to anyone who wants to add it into their library of idle games.
