Monster War combines clicker mechanics with RPG systems where progression hinges on understanding interconnected mechanics rather than reflexes alone. You'll experiment with different development paths and prestige cycles to unlock exponential growth, appealing to players who enjoy optimization puzzles and long-term strategic building. However, the game requires a third-party account and lacks proper English localization, creating significant friction at startup.
About this game
MONSTER WAR is a hybrid of clicker and RPG, where complex solutions are hidden behind the clicker shell. Progress depends on calculation, the choice of development paths, and ability to see the connections between systems. This game will open up to those who love experimentation and infinite growth.

Store page says its in english. It's not. Its in russian.
Also requires signing up. If you're going to sell a game on steam use the steam SDK to log players in.
I'm sorry, but besides the fact that the menu is not in English, to change it you have to rummage through the settings until you discover the "English language" option.
Then you need to create an account... for me it's a no and direct. ALT+F4
Better to use the Steam SDK, and you've saved yourself a headache!
Requires 3rd-Party Account: MONSTER WAR Account We may also collect: Game version, language, and crash/error logs. Gameplay telemetry and anonymous analytics to improve performance and balance. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as real names, payment details, or physical addresses). wtf does that mean???
{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/45694241/50cbc61fa4c055092ae535896bfd9c6f695947b3.png MONSTER WAR turns one today. On August 26, 2025, MONSTER WAR launched in Early Access. A lot has happened since then. The game never developed into what we originally hoped it would become, support ended earlier than we would have liked, and ultimately, MONSTER WAR was never truly finished. Still, MONSTER WAR remains an important and undeniable part of our journey. We have no intention of pretending the game never existed simply because things did not go according to plan. We know MONSTER WAR had problems — and still does. Some of its mechanics lacked depth. Some of the features we wanted to make never made it into the game at all. And when development stopped, the players who were still hoping to see MONSTER WAR grow were understandably disappointed. If you were one of the people who saw what MONSTER WAR was trying to be, waited for updates, gave the game a chance, and ultimately walked away disappointed, we owe you an apology. There are things we could — and should — have done better. At the same time, we still have a lot of affection for MONSTER WAR. We still like its aesthetic, its core idea, and the direction it was trying to take. And that is exactly why we do not want its first anniversary to become a requiem. MONSTER WAR will remain free. It will not receive microtransactions or any other form of additional monetization. We have no intention of making money from MONSTER WAR. The reason is simple: we do not believe it would be fair to ask players to pay for a project that we ourselves do not consider finished. MONSTER WAR will remain available for as long as BMBK Games can reasonably afford to keep it available. MONSTER WAR 2 is an idea we would like to explore in the future. For now, that is all it is — an idea and a possible long-term direction. There is no development announcement, no release date, no trailer, and no promise that the game will happen. But if MONSTER WAR 2 does become ...
MONSTER WAR is no longer supported Hello everyone. We would like to inform you that MONSTER WAR: Clicker & RPG is no longer supported. The game remains available on Steam, and you can still download and play it. However, no further updates, fixes, improvements, or new content are planned. MONSTER WAR was our first game project and an important step in our game development journey. It marked the beginning of BMBK Games, our first experiments with mechanics, UI, game balance, and publishing a game on Steam. Thank you to everyone who launched the game, played it, left feedback, and supported the project in any way. Our main focus is now on new BMBK Games projects. Thank you for brewing guts and killing monsters. From Russia with love, BMBK Games.
Dear players! Today's update brings a fundamental change to MONSTER WAR: in-game payments have been COMPLETELY removed from the game. We have made this decision consciously. We believe that gameplay should be based on strategy, progress, and enjoyment, rather than on additional purchases. The philosophy around which we build MONSTER WAR is built on the willingness to reward the player for the time spent, the engagement and the skill, but not for the willingness to spend more or at all. Yes, this is an unusual step for a modern game. But for us it is the right one. MONSTER WAR will continue to develop, receive updates and new content as soon as we gather our strength. And we want to build this future on the trust of the community and on the respect for the players... Don't worry, MONSTER WAR will remain free-to-play, but now with no real money payments. Radically and quite consciously, but now we do not intend to receive anything from MONSTER WAR. Thank you for staying with us here. See you in the game!
