I always say that if a game lasts an hour for each £ I pay, I'm happy. Got 2 and a half hours to complete the game and get all achievements. Nice little incremental game :)

Idle & Incremental Lovers is on the fence about Cult Nation and gives it an "informational" review : It's about a cult, but sadly the games lacks some soul. Don't get me wrong, it's a good first game for the dev, nothing bad about progression, music, balance... but I didn't get my dopamine shot :-( Seriously guys, avoid dangerous cults, practice safe sects! If you want "one more incremental game" that does everything OK, this is the one for you, as it does everything right. The prestige system even brings interesting new gameplay. But the art style is not great, the "story/lore" is meh, and more importantly, the part where you earn your ressources is not exciting at all. You're just not an actor with decisions to take, merely a clicker (at first) and a mouse circler, hence the lack of dopamine (which is what clickers are all about). I wanted to write a review for my curator page, so I got to the end, but the end was a little disappointing too. Overall, it's still a decent game, so it's up to you! Hope this review is helpful! Idle Prestige - Several as point of a story Active Play - Almost mandatory before idle upgrades get purchased, then repurchased after each prestige Visuals - Simple, people queue to die, gold people appear then get killed. Special Mechanics - Nothing crazy, hover to collect, prestige for new stuff. Cash Shop - None Leaves a little to be desired, but actually evolves the gameplay enough compared to most idles these days. Probably could have been completed in under 2 hours but I was lazy.
