Soba's Gunpaw is a short incremental bullet-heaven hybrid where you destroy waves of enemies to gather resources and unlock skills from a sprawling tree. Designed for a single 4-hour session, it pairs satisfying combat encounters with the core loop of farming upgrades and restarting stronger. Players praise its fluid interface design and snappy progression pacing, making it ideal for those seeking a complete incremental experience without long-term commitment.

This game is a beautiful example of user interface design (UI). Keyboard shortcuts, ESC closes menus (you'd be surprised how many incrementals forget this!), clicking off menus with mouse closes them, right click vs left click does different things, just a premier example of design. And when a run is over, you can quickly restart or go back to the upgrade interface; no long pauses waiting for animations to finish. Hats off to the designer.

Next is how there is some user skill in dodging damage and choosing locations to maximize resources collected. Too many incrementals are just blind grinds. You can blind grind this game but it's more efficient to play it and make good choices with movement.

Tons of upgrade choices that do not feel linear; you can go off on tangents. Was it a good decision? Maybe?!

Excellent game. Best incremental I've played in a little while. Kudos to the dev/s.

Good,short little incremental game.
Its not that much content tbh but it has the "classic" incremental-loop with the little cat Soba.

If you like Inceremental games i can safely recommend it.

For my fellow Cheevo-Hunters: Its an easy 100%

i play almost every game in this genre (short idler bullet hell /skill tree/round based/ each wave harder but more resources) and i have to say its among the best of the last 2 years. almost passed this one up based on the trailer but the in game music is alot cooler tbh.
