Duty Free Shop Simulator

In its current state, the game feels broken and unplayable. I was wondering why it was so cheap, and after about 10 minutes of playing I can see why. I wouldn’t play this game even if it was free, and I will be refunding it immediately.

The tutorial starts by telling you to open the shop and serve customers when you have no stock on the shelves. So I try to order stock, but the items that arrive aren’t even what I selected. For example, ordering chewing gum somehow results in powdered sugar being delivered instead.

On top of that, customers just stand around the shop not doing anything, and some claim they can’t find items on the shelves when I literally can’t even place the correct items because the game gives me the wrong products.

Overall it feels very poorly made and unfinished. It really shouldn’t have been released in this state. It’s a broken mess and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money on it.

Has potential, but it’s pretty rough right now. The core gameplay and atmosphere are actually solid, but bugs and optimization issues can really mess with the flow sometimes. Still, if the dev keeps updating and polishing it, this could turn into a really good indie sim game. Definitely feels Early Access, but not in a hopeless way.

People just stand in your store, open or closed. Their feet float back and forth while they stand still. No organic walking in. you can see your next customer walking from across the airport. The "women" have dad bods in fatigues. the sun doesn't move in the sky. the tiles in the store don't line up with the walls. I was excited once, when I thought the shelves had grid placement. This isn't fit to sell. Anyone who leaves a positive review at this... stage... should not be allowed to leave reviews. This developer needed money for a quarter pounder, so they released this. 1/10.
