Ragnarok: The New World
by Gravity Game Vision Limited
Media
This officially licensed Ragnarok entry offers eight classes including a new Druid, with open-world exploration, MVP taming for mounts, player stalls, and extensive cosmetic customization. However, players consistently report it as a recycled mobile formula with aggressive monetization, aggressive level gating, and invasive third-party account requirements that undermine the Steam release.

Edit: To be fair and not miss out on the second class (often where Ragnarok starts to get good), I played for more a couple hours and managed to reach it. Throughout this journey, the gameplay pace was lightning fast, there's an experience limit in the grind, and the game revolves around a main questline. If you spend all your energy during the 24 hours of the day, you CANNOT gain more experience, simple as that, unless, of course, you pay. Gacha mechanics, automatic grinding (offline if you pay), and a shop full of boost options with real money. One system I liked is the fact that you can forge items, which can come in various rarities, and transfer the refinements and improvements from your old item to a new, eventually better one.
I don't have much positive to say about this game; it's a waste of time. Made for the alienated and brainwashed Eastern MMO audience.
Take your asses back to mobile-only.
