Hey everyone, Ori's here :)It's finally happening - All You Can FISH! is part of Steam Next Fest, and this update is the biggest one we've shipped since the demo launched. If you're visiting us for the first time through the fest: welcome aboard! And to everyone who's been here since the early days - reporting bugs, leaving suggestions, wishlisting, and just being generally awesome - this update is for you 🙏💖Last patch I gave you my word that the next update would be all about the new tutorial. Well, a promise is a promise...The New Tutorial & Onboarding Is Here! This was by far the most requested thing since the demo launched (fish trap filter requesters - we remember you, and you're next up!), and we took our time to get it right. The early game has been completely reworked:Sailor, the boat shop NPC, now walks you through the basics properly, with a brand new dialogue system (and yes, he's got some cute stuff to say to Luka 🐾)A dedicated tutorial sequence with time freezes and on-screen prompts that explain the game and HUD step by stepNew quests guide you through your first casts, catches, and skill unlocksIf you told us you felt lost at the start - this one's for you. Let us know how it feels!Achievements + StatsAnother one straight from your requests (looking at you, Hokkaido 😉) - the demo now has achievements and a stats screen! Track your catches, your progress, and start hunting those unlocks.New Stuff2nd Region boat is here and playable - apologies to anyone who felt scammed because the boat wasn't equipable. We heard you loud and clear ;) Boats are now equippable - and boats now display their stats in the Boat Shop, so you can compare your owned boatsSteam Cloud Save - your progress now follows you between machinesNew Fish Unlocked! popup in the skill tree - unlocking a new fish finally feels like the event it deserves to beRun summary screen improvements - items now appear per-catch in the summary, with better feedback all aroundPer-fish catch feedback is ...

All You Can FISH! — v0.5.11f1_Demo Patch Notes Hey everyone, First — thank you. Seriously. The response to the demo has been way beyond anything we expected. The wishlists, the kind words, the bug reports, the suggestions — all of it means the world to us. We're a tiny two-person studio (plus one very good dog), and seeing people actually play and enjoy something we've been pouring ourselves into is... yeah. We're not over it yet. This patch is our first response to everything you've shared with us. We focused on the most urgent stuff — things that were confusing, broken, or just didn't feel right. There's a lot more coming, but we wanted to get this into your hands as fast as we could. This demo version is already live, so you can skip the read and go play it now :DHere's what changed: New Stuff Save SlotsYou now get 3 save slots on the title screen. Each one shows play time, last played date, and slot name. You can create, continue, or delete saves. If you already had a save file, don't worry — it's been migrated to Slot 1 automatically. Nothing lost. "Thanks for Playing!" PopupA lot of you told us you weren't sure when the demo content ended, or if there was still more to see. There wasn't a clear signal either way — you'd just keep playing or give up without knowing. Now, when you reach the end of the demo, you get a proper popup letting you know you've seen everything, with a Wishlist button and a "Keep Playing" option. Second Boat in the Boat ShopThe Boat Shop now shows a second boat, giving you a peek at what's coming in the full release — more boats, more regions. You can't sail to new regions in the demo, but your purchase is tracked for the full game. And yes, we added a confetti animation for when you buy it. It felt necessary. New Skill: Instant Coins Bonus From TrapsFish Traps can now trigger the Instant Coins Bonus on every catch. Unlockable in the skill tree. Sell Shop Slot CollapseWhen fish sell out of a slot, remaining fish of the same type now merge...
