Hello everyone, welcome to a new devlog. Update NotesSave/Load System FixedPatient pool data was not being saved.Police suspicion and raids were being restored in the wrong order when loading a game. The inventory was not clearing after a load. Organs that had been donated or used in surgery were still sitting in the inventory. The save system did not initialise correctly on every PC.Tutorial System FixedTutorial cursors were appearing in the wrong places, which broke the game's fiction.Added a "Tutorial Tips / Guide" section so players can find the parts they missed.General Issues FixedAt low reputation, patients with very high demands were showing up. For example, patients requesting "Perfect" organs appeared on the map at 20 reputation. The reputation-to-patient balance has been corrected.Positive and negative effects from the "News" panel sometimes failed to apply properly in game. These have been fixed as well.Buttons, fonts and areas that were still placeholders have been replaced. If there are new issues I haven't spotted, I'll be waiting for your feedback.See you in the next devlog :)
Hello everyone, and welcome to a new devlog. The demo has been released. But bugs followed hot on its heels. I’ve finally managed to update the demo;Patch NotesTutorial Reworked!Fast Onboarding: Streamlined the 30-step intro down to just 4 steps. Reaching your first payout now takes ~90 seconds (down from 8–12 mins!).Less Friction: Mandatory clicks reduced from 20 → 3; dialog lines cut from 30 → 4.Full Control: 2x/3x game speed is no longer locked during the tutorial, and startup delay dropped to 1s.Cleaner Flow: Long interruptions replaced with subtle, one-time popups when opening panels for the first time (toggleable in Settings).Pacing Tweaks:The Police Raid is no longer forced in the tutorial—it now triggers naturally once Suspicion hits 25%.Evelyn introduces the Syndicate Tribute on its first spawn and points you to the Ledger.First side quest duration slashed from 6 hours → 1 in-game hour. UI & UX ImprovementsColor-Coded Patient Criteria: Patient requests now reflect your stock in real-time.Live Inventory Tracking: Added a dynamic "In Stock / Out of Stock" indicator that updates as you trade.Second Chances: Canceling a surgery no longer makes the patient leave—they remain on the map. Penalty reduced from -3 → -1 Rep.Clearer Guidance: Enlarged tutorial arrows, pulsing target frames, and screen dimming when highlighting key UI elements like the Suspicion Meter. If there are any new issues I haven’t spotted, I’ll be looking forward to your feedback.See you in another devlog :)
Hello everyone from Devlog #3,I’ve been ill for the past two weeks. On top of that, as I’m a dad to a little girl, I haven’t had much free time. I also couldn’t make the necessary updates to the game because of holidays and trips. (What a hard-working game developer I am!). Anyway, I’m back with a new update;I’ve introduced the benevolence system. (It used to be the black market.)I didn’t like the black market system and it was rather pointless. I don’t even know why I added it in the first place :). But I’ve removed it.Instead, there’s now a benevolence system. You can donate organs from your inventory to people who come to your door asking for help. All you need is to have organs in your inventory.Every time you open and close the Good Deeds panel, the person you’ll be donating to changes. This isn’t a bug, it’s a feature :)Also, the demo is almost ready. I’ll be sharing it soon. That’s all from me. I hope you’re enjoying the devlogs :)See you in the next devlog!
