FEATURES:- NEW: President Decision event at Winter Window (Matchday 17). Once per season, when the winter transfer window opens, the chairman calls the manager into his office. The player must choose one of five actions: 1. Team Talk — +10 morale for every squad member. 2. Bonus Payment — +20 morale for every squad member; costs 20% of the annual wage bill, deducted immediately from club balance. 3. Fan Event — +15 fan_satisfaction. 4. President's Favourite — halves stamina drain for one chosen player for the rest of the season (stamina_drain_halved flag). 5. Youth Prospect — a guaranteed prodigy (intelligence 80-92, age 16-18) is added to the academy. The overlay is fully modal (blocks all other input), persists across save/load, and includes chairman dialogue for storytelling. - NEW: Simulation-speed free dropdown replaces fixed 5-button row. The five preset buttons (1min / 3min / 5min / 10min / 20min) are replaced by a single "X min ▼" button that opens a dropdown with 11 options: \ minutes After 30, steps jump by 10 (30→40→50→60). Dropdown closes automatically on selection or on any outside click / panel change.- NEW: Full tutorial redesign — 15 steps, progress dots, PRO TIP boxes.- NEW: Help modals (? buttons) redesigned to match tutorial quality. All 14 panel help texts expanded with richer content (7-14 lines each) and a dedicated TIP: line. The _draw_help_modal() renderer now: · Separates TIP: lines from bullet content before layout. · Renders body lines as before (word-wrapped bullets). · Renders the TIP in a green PRO TIP box at the bottom of the card. · Adds a colored accent bar and separator under the title.
