Idle Xanxia tasks you with cultivating a character through stat investment, Dao path selection, and periodic rebirth cycles that unlock new progression mechanics. Offline gains let you accumulate progress without active play, while early resets feel slow but gradually introduce more complex systems. Best suited for players patient through the initial grind who enjoy deep RPG customization and don't mind waiting for mechanics to fully unlock.

Very slow beginning, almost unnoticeable improvements across the first resets, no new mechanics after that. All in all not much going on.

Have played for about 12h atm it's pretty good so far. A bit slow at first but it does pick up after the first few rebirths and the mechanics (dao, aspects etc) seem interesting so far. Has offline progress which is a big deal for me in idle games since i don't wanna leave the game open 24/7 to make progress. Dev is active on discord and no p2w stuff.
I can't speak for the longevity of the game but i saw people on discord that have been playing for a lot of time and have not maxed everything out yet so there's at the very least a few months there. I do expect there will be some more endgame stuff added since it's still not 1.0 version. Overall would recommend if you're looking for a Xanxia-themed idler.

edit: over 100h in now. The game's great, systems got deeper after the update, dev is very active on discord and accepts feedback to implement and keeps us informed on future systems he is working on. It's still early stages but with a couple more systems i can see it being the best Xanxia idle game rn.

This game is solid and I have enjoyed the experience so far. It feels like it is still fairly early in development and has a ways to go to get to what seems to me as the intended final vision of the game. This may be due to mechanics not being available to me yet as I have yet to clear the 100th floor on the first area. It seems that much of the game fully unlocks after this point. (I’m sure a more active play approach can get you there quicker)

Gameplay is simple as it is a classic auto battler with a very slow loop (at least for the first few prestige, called rebirths within the game. This game is a great secondary monitor game that can just be checked in on every so often.

Things I like about this Game:
-The setting is great for anyone even slightly interested in Cultivation / Dao stories.
-The gameplay is simple but really drives you to try to understand how to maximize your performance.
-It seems to have a lot of options for very powerful upgrades to your character through the Dao system.
-The creator is active and seems open to constructive feedback (see Steam’s Community Hub for the Discord link)

Things that I would like to see Added or Improved:
-The game would benefit greatly with a more indepth tutorial / compendium explaining things like damage calculations, how the Dao system works / when can you expect to get more to choose from, creatures rarities / how the rarity effects drops and experience.
-The User Interface could use some minor tweaking, most notably I think a “Retreat” button to go back one floor would be helpful, a traditional settings screen with resolution and screen controls are needed, in the Cultivation: Aspect tab the “In Progress” cell needs to be extended slightly.
-Music

The game is good and I’m confident it will only get better with time. I would recommend checking it out for yourself.
