Garden Eternal blends relaxing idle mechanics with seasonal card drafting as you tend a perpetually evolving garden by tapping a central Heart and managing bees and structures. While the game's cozy aesthetic encourages a calm pace with offline progression, its day-night cycle hints at darker surprises lurking beneath the surface, appealing to players seeking meditative gameplay with subtle narrative depth.

This game is not bad, I am mainly giving it a thumbs down because it is a bit of false advertising.

This game has the "idler" tag, but it cannot be played as an idle game. It requires constant attention and play otherwise you will get reset, or monsters will destroy things and there are a lot of events/destructibles that require attention and clicking.

I think the cards are pretty cool and I do like some of the mechanics, I just didn't want this game to require as much constant attention as it does. I have to pause it anytime I need to take a break otherwise a lot of my progress gets reset.

A wonderful short incremental game. The random events kept me busy and made it feel really fast-paced. Graphics, sounds and music was all top notch. Bright neon colors and a dark background made it easy to zone in. I wish there was more content, I'd love to go into the gazillions!!

Garden Eternal — Change Log

Pacing & Balance Progression rebalance for better, longer, more chill play sessions. Ending threshold raised:a full run now lands much closer to its intended length Workers reworked: each worker now clicks ~once per second (8 workers @ T6: 4/sec → 12/sec, ~4.5× output) Monster losses softened: timeouts destroy half the targeted row instead of all of it; Wraith drain 50% → 25% Bug Fixes Rocks and gold nuggets no longer survive a reset (and can't be mined before mining is unlocked) Fixed monsters permanently stalling out after a reset or reload Fixed full reset breaking the tutorial (and everything gated behind it) until the game was relaunched Visitors no longer spawn asking for seeds or resources you can't pay Quality of Life Windowed mode fixed: added 1280×720 and 1600×900, and the window now fits your screen instead of covering it New "Welcome back" banner shows what your garden earned while you were away Visitor dialogue no longer states exact seed/gold amounts (the card shows the true scaled value) Localization updated across all 9 languages

Hotfix

Hey everyone! Some of you were finishing runs way faster than intended — so we've slowed progression by about half, across the board. Growth, clicks, workers, and Seeds all pace together now, and a full run should land where we designed it to. Also fixed: rocks and gold nuggets could survive a reset and hang around in a fresh garden, mineable before mining was even unlocked. Fresh starts are truly fresh now. Thanks for the reports that make the garden better. — Family Milk

Balance Rebalanced the late-game economy so progression stays steady through long runs. No more runaway numbers or excess Seeds after the ~2 hour mark. Localization Translation and text fixes across all supported languages.
