MindGate CornerGet runs combat encounters in a compact taskbar window, letting you manage a team of chibi heroes through gear swaps and skill reallocation while automated fights play out passively. It's designed for players who want hack-and-slash progression without demanding constant attention, perfect for multitasking or leaving the game running alongside other work.
About this game
A hack-and-slash that fights on in your taskbar. Chibi heroes meet the enemy inside a thin strip parked at the bottom of your screen. All you do is swap the gear they picked up and respec their skills, whenever you feel like it. The rest happens in the corner of your screen without you.

Steam Next Fest has started. The MindGate CornerGet demo is ready to play right now. What kind of game is it?It is an idle loot-and-fight game played in a thin strip on your taskbar, where tiny characters take on the enemies. It keeps going even if you do nothing. Open the dashboard when you feel like it and swap in the gear that dropped. That is all you have to do.What you can do in the demo• You can play the first layer of difficulty (Mind Layer 0). The other layers are planned to arrive as free updates to the full game• You can try the main systems of the game, such as crafting gear, choosing skills, lending a passive skill (Vessels), and applying a Legendary effect (Sigils) to other gear• All 5 classes are available• Clear the demo and you can fight a special bossHighlight: the Night ParadeThis mode opens once you reach Act 2. The moon at the top right of the screen fills up, and clicking the full moon starts a "night": a battle of about 90 seconds to protect the torii from a horde of yokai. The night's enemies do not attack your party and go only for the torii. Hold it, and you earn the night's rewards. The full game is free to playThe full game is free to play. It will never be pay to win, and there are no ads.
