Steam Update Announcement | v0.17.0–v0.21.0

Hello, Valkyries!Since v0.16.0, we’ve continued to refine the pace of adventure and improve equipment progression and everyday controls. Here are the highlights.Adventure and progressionWe adjusted enemy strength, the number of kills needed to clear each map, equipment drops, and gold rewards to improve the pace of combat and leveling. We also adjusted offline progression so its rewards better reflect your combat performance.Equipment and gem workshopsThe new Growth and Gem workshops support targeted equipment upgrades, enhancement transfer, gem fusion, and safe gem removal. We’ve also improved equipment icons, equipped item names, and enemy charge warnings to make important information easier to spot.Interface and controlsThe redesigned shop separates supplies, equipment, crafting, and regional requests. Gold, restock timers, and refresh costs are easier to read, and you can hover over request rewards to see potion effects. Inventory filtering and sorting are smoother, equipment can be equipped or unequipped with a double-click, and item details are available on hover in the inventory, warehouse, and character equipment screen. We’ve also refreshed the Skill Growth, Expedition Map, smelting and socketing, and Valhalla rebirth screens. Improved skill tooltips and progression descriptions make upgrade choices easier to compare.Fixes and polishWe fixed the offline rewards popup sometimes failing to appear after loading a save, the mailbox button beside the battle log not responding, and inventory tooltips failing to appear after unequipping gear. Important battle log messages now stand out, and new messages no longer pull you away while you’re reading older entries. We’ve also completed more Chinese and English text and unified action button styles across several screens.Thank you for playing and for sharing your feedback!
