Alright, so let me break it down for you. For some reason I've been addicted to Idle Games lately. As you can tell by my hours in WAMI, NGU Idle, and Territory Idle. After 1252 active hours I can easily say that Territory Idle is not an Idle Game. Hands down. The only way "idle" applies to this game is if you have to go to work or out on a run and you turn on an autoclicker to constantly cast rituals to raise your abdication bonus. Otherwise, this game does not progress unless you pay constant attention to it and attend to it. I am not kidding. The early game is a slog and I wish the dev would implement some changes to help people stick with the game. Once you sail away a few times, however, the game really picks up and becomes a blast. The strategy behind the religions is great; the feeling of becoming powerful and progressing is obvious; all around, this game is a blast if you can make it through early game. Give it a try! If after you acquire the Wise Frog religion and the game still isn't for you, it is likely not your cup of tea. Edit 8-22-2020: So I am at the end of the game now and have acquired all mutations. There is nothing else after this point from what I can tell. Still worth playing but kind of disappointed.

About this game
Strategic idle game. Develop the kingdom, then abdicate and get gold! For gold, you can buy new tiles and expand the territory.
What players are saying
Anyway edited the save and looked at what content is still in the game and it's just some kind of joke! This is literally squeezing the time of the game out of your finger, dragging out getting microscopic content for a ridiculously huge waiting time, the dumbest nonsense. And having edited safes (giving yourself a bunch of amber) the game feels much more enjoyable, as if it is not designed to be played without donations at all....
Had a lot of fun with this game, but unfortunately I can't recommmend it. It's not fully developed, and it's abandoned and bugged. If you don't mind the bugs, you can still have a good time, but I would recommend not buying any ingame currency. The game provides plenty of it if you're patient, so no need to spend money on it.
