The game is really good. Even though it has a low-poly style, you still find yourself missing things here and there, which keeps it interesting.

I completed the easy level in one go without stopping — it felt smooth and enjoyable.

"I didn't quite get to the part where I find out that I secretly killed my own wife"

The V Anomaly is an observation horror game. These games live or die on how creative their anomalies are, and this one never really escalated into the kind of bizarre nonsense I wanted from it. There’s some decent atmosphere here, and wandering the rooms looking for subtle changes can be tense at first, but the forced backtracking mechanic completely killed the pacing for me. Having to repeatedly reset floors felt more annoying than scary, and too many anomalies felt understated instead of memorable. I kept waiting for the game to get weirder than it actually did.
