I'd give this a 'maybe'. Its an incremental with some active 'hacking'. Bit too boring/slow for me and not that many mechanics, you just hold left mouse to hack and it gets old pretty quick.
But hey, its free, you might like it, maybe it gets better later on too.

Major Improvements User Interface The position of the Continue Mission and Cruise buttons have been swapped. Difficulty Overall, difficulty has increased. Letting a hacked enemy survive too long will result in a raised security alert as always. Now, active enemies will engage if they were otherwise just passing through. Item Cost Scaling The rate that Item costs increase has been reduced greatly. Known Issues Some upgrade item effect descriptions display incorrect values. New features and quality of life improvements have been implemented. The most important change is that the save system has been thoroughly future proofed, however, current progress will be lost. Any possible future changes to the save system will either not damage your save file or will automatically be converted to the new version. Vehicles move move smoothly. Vehicles will now only crash into each other very rarely Incremental items have been balanced. All prologue narrative content has been added.
