100% Asset Flip for a "sample starter base game" as described on the Unity Asset store
https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/templates/whack-a-mole-82155

Please don't support this lazy developer who did ZERO work. He just downloaded the asset kit, hit export, uploaded to Steam and changed the name.

NOT RECOMMENDED! My Score: A Big Fat ZERO googled and downloaded here for this review! ;-)

The gameplay of Beat The Moles is a complexity unknown to other games. You may think you only have to click each mole until they reach their untimely demise at the end of your hammer. However, this is not the case

The moles still spawn after the screen goes black. Meaning you can obtain a higher score than normally achieved by mortal hands.

The moles have no pattern. They appear like the beautiful sunrise, elegant and graceful. You then strike them down with your weapon as fast as you can. The moles do not die, they simply return to whence they came.

To win, you must bap the moles over the head, they are not harmed, merely surprised. The moles are immortal. They are powerful.

Warning: Asset Flip!

Beat the Moles is a Unity Asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", INFINITE BRIDGE, took the Whack a Mole Unity Store tutorial/demo/game asset pack from the real developers, Tasonco, changed the name, and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work.

INFINITE BRIDGE has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

The products that result from asset flips aren't "real" games. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Whack a Mole" is just an arcade style quick time event/mole clicking game demo, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so a copy+paste of it can't be recommended.

Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips are an insult to both PC gamers and to professional game developers who create genuine, high quality PC games. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have.

Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from INFINITE BRIDGE.
